Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

OptiPulse Inc. (“OptiPulse,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

We collect and retain personal information only as needed to provide our software service. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not redistribute it to third parties for their own purposes.

Who we are

OptiPulse Inc. is the controller of personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We practise data minimisation: we collect only what is necessary to provide, secure, and support our service, and we do not repurpose information collected for one reason to another without telling you.

Through this website

  • Identifiers you send us — your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include when you contact us or request early access. Collected directly from you.
  • Internet or network activity — our hosting and content delivery providers automatically log IP address, browser type, referring page, and request time. Collected automatically, and used to operate and secure the website.

Through our service

When you become a customer, we collect the information needed to provide the service to you:

  • Account and contact information — name, email address, country of residence, and the details needed to establish and verify your account.
  • Broker details — the name of your broker and your broker account identifier. We need these to build the software file we supply to you. We do not collect your broker login, password, API key, or any other credential, and we have no ability to access, view, or operate your brokerage account.
  • Configuration information — the settings and preferences you choose, so the software operates as you have instructed it.
  • Service and diagnostic records — logs of software activity, errors, and access events, used to operate the service, investigate problems, and detect misuse.
  • Billing information — where a fee applies, the records needed to process and account for payment. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

You retain custody and control of your own brokerage account at all times. We do not take possession of your funds, and the software runs on your own trading terminal rather than on our systems.

Because we never hold credentials or access codes for your brokerage account, the information we collect does not include sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not use any information to infer characteristics about you.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this website, and we do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and early access requests
  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve our software service and this website
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

Who we share it with

We disclose personal information only to service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, and only as needed to deliver those services on our instructions. These currently include our hosting, content delivery, and email providers, and will include our payment processor once fees apply. They are permitted to use the information only for that purpose and not for their own. We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of our systems, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will give notice before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

In the twelve months preceding the date of this policy, we have not sold or shared personal information, and we have not disclosed it to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Where we operate

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. Our service is offered to customers in the United States only. We do not direct our website or service to any other country, we do not price or present our service for any other market, and we do not accept customers who reside outside the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it.

  • Correspondence — kept while your enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference and recordkeeping, then deleted.
  • Server and delivery logs — retained on a short rolling basis by our providers for security and diagnostics, then overwritten.
  • Account, broker, configuration, and service records — kept for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and financial recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified.

Where a longer period is required by law, tax, or financial recordkeeping obligations, we keep the information for that period and no longer.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights — California residents

Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of parties to whom we disclosed it
  • Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold
  • Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we do not display a “Do Not Sell or Share” link
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect it
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

Visitors outside the United States

Because we serve United States customers only, we do not target or offer our service to people in other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, we may receive the information contained in your message.

Where that happens, we use it only to respond to you, we do not add you to any list, and we will delete it on request — write to info@optipulse.ai and we will remove it. We will also delete it on our own initiative once we have established that we cannot serve you.

How to exercise your rights

Email info@optipulse.ai and tell us which right you wish to exercise. To protect your information, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting — usually by confirming control of the email address associated with the information, and for more sensitive requests by asking for additional matching details. We will not use anything you provide for verification for any other purpose.

We respond to requests within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you within the first 45 days. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, and this website does not currently respond to them. We do not track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not permit third parties to do so through this website.

Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We make no such disclosures. Enquiries may be sent to info@optipulse.ai.

Children

Our website and service are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and material changes will be announced by a notice on this page before they take effect.
